1️⃣ Discover Your Business Idea

Goal: Use your strengths and lived experiences to identify a real problem you can solve or if you already have an IDEA validate it and get the clear vision for future.

  • What are you naturally good at?

  • What problem are you curious or angry about?

  • What solution would you have paid for 6 months ago?

Output: 1 strong business idea with purpose and a clear vision and plan for the execution.

Day 1

2️⃣ Choose the Right Audience

Goal: If you are selling your product to everyone probably you are selling to no one .Find the people who need this solution, are easy to reach, and are willing to pay . People only pay when they need the product .

  • Who has this problem daily?

  • Where do they hang out (online or offline)?

  • What do they already spend money/time on?

Output: Clear target customer profile + where to find them.

Day 2

3️⃣ Decide Your Business Format

Goal: Choose the product/service format that best delivers your solution.

Options:

  • eBook / course

  • Software / tool

  • Mentorship / service

  • Physical product

  • Community / membership

Ask:

  • Which format is easiest for me to start with?

  • What feels most natural to deliver?

  • What would make my audience’s life easiest?

Output: Chosen product type.

Day 3

Day 4

4️⃣ Build Your MVP (Minimum Viable Product)

Goal: Create a working version of your product that solves 60% of the pain — not perfect, but real.

  • eBook? → Just 1 powerful chapter

  • Service? → 1 client, not 10

  • Product? → Prototype or beta piece

  • Tool? → Google Sheet or Notion template MVP

  • Course? → Day 1 module + structure

Output: MVP link / prototype / sample page

Day 5

5️⃣ Pick the Right Platform to Promote

Goal: Choose 1–2 platforms where your audience already exists.

Examples:

  • Instagram for creators/fashion/service

  • WhatsApp for local business / coaching

  • LinkedIn for B2B or consultants

  • Etsy for handmade

  • Website for high-trust buyers

  • Offline for food, events, physical products

Output: Chosen platform + brand name + page setup

Day 6

6️⃣ Set Pricing & Build Your Offer

Goal: Create a pricing structure + bonus stack that makes people say “this is worth it.”Know the right pricing strategies and psychology of buyer .

  • Use price anchoring (₹1499 → ₹499)

  • Add bonuses (templates, extra access, 1:1 consult)

  • Tiered pricing if needed (₹299 / ₹999 / ₹1999)

  • Be clear: What problem does this solve? Why now?

Output: Final offer written in 1 sentence + pricing

7️⃣ Set Up Your Payment Gateway

Goal: Get paid online or offline without friction.

Examples:

  • Razorpay / Instamojo for India

  • Stripe / PayPal internationally

  • UPI/QR code for local businesses

  • Buy Me a Coffee / Gumroad for creators

Output: Live payment link

8️⃣ Trigger Sales — Build Desire

Goal: Use psychology to drive action.

Sales Triggers:

  • Scarcity (limited seats)

  • Urgency (last day bonus)

  • Social proof (DM screenshots / reviews)

  • Transformation story

  • “You vs Future You” comparison

Output: Written caption or reel copy with 2 triggers

Day 8

9️⃣ Build Your Pre-Launch Buzz

(you hadn’t decided this one, but this fits perfectly)

Goal: Warm up the audience before Day 10.

  • Post your story (why you’re building this)

  • Behind the scenes (MVP progress)

  • Countdown on stories

  • “Comment ‘🔥’ to get early access”

  • Collect a waitlist (even 5 people is enough)

Output: Pre-launch content checklist done

Day 9

🔟 Launch Day

Goal: Publish. Share. Sell. Start.

"It’s not launch day unless you feel like puking."

Actions:

  • Post your offer across channels

  • DM first 10 people you listed

  • Announce via WhatsApp stories, IG reels, LinkedIn

  • Celebrate small wins (first like, comment, reply, sale)

Output: Screenshots of launch + journal reflection
